An amazing coffee table book of beautiful pictures from the Okinawan Prefecture, Japan.

★ ★One Nation: American Remembers 9/11/01 -Life Magazine
A hard book to read but well worth it. Some proceeds are donated.

★ ★ ★Andy Goldsworthy: A Collaboration with Nature -Andy Goldsworthy
Another of my favorite artists. This coffee table sized book is amazing and was a very welcome gift this year.

★ ★Songs in Ordinary Time -Mary McGarry Morris
Great read, fast and easy to get into the characters.

★ ★Back When We Were Grownups -Anne Tyler
Another fast great read, like many of Anne's books. Characters are very real and identifiable.

★ ★Dinner at the Homesick Restaurant -Anne Tyler
Very good book, easy to relate to the characters.

★ ★ ★Drowning Ruth -Christina Schwarz
Highly recommend this one. Really enjoyed it.

★ ★White Oleander -Janet Fitch
Book is much better than the movie. Characters are much more real.
